Anco Tannic Acid Plate Etch is a multi-purpose etching solution suitable for

Fountain Applications,

Plate Etching, 

Plate Gumming.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance and odor: Brownish/Amber liquid with moderate odor.

Flash point: N/A            VOC %: .08 %        VOC lbs/gal: .007

HMIS: Health = 1    Fire = 0    Reactivity = 0    Personal protection = B

DIRECTIONS:

• Plate Etch: Use full strength in the same manner as you would any etch for etching plates.

• Gumming Plates: Excellent for this purpose.  Follow standard procedure.

• Fountain Etch: Use 1 to 4 ounces per gallon of working solution.  Do not add gum.
